Prepare
Build a workout in seconds
Work, rest, rounds — dial in three numbers and you're training. No plans to subscribe to, no library to browse.
Start from a preset
Tabata, HIIT and EMOM come ready to run. Tweak them or use them as-is.
Or shape your own
Sets, rounds, round rest, warm-up and cool-down — every phase is optional and every duration is yours.

Work
Train heads-down
Once you start, the phone can stay on the floor. Every phase change is a beep, a voice cue and a tap on the wrist — the dial is there when you want it, not because you need it.
A dial you can read across the room
Big mono digits and color-coded phases: red means work, teal means rest. One glance mid-burpee is enough.
On your wrist
The workout mirrors live to Apple Watch — same phase, same countdown. Pause from either device.
On the Lock Screen
A Live Activity keeps the countdown in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen. No unlocking between sets.

Rest
Then it gets out of the way
History that stays yours
Every finished workout is logged on the device — streaks and totals included. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Private by design
No account, no sign-up, no ads, no tracking, no analytics. RoundTick doesn't even ask for your name.
In your language
English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Russian — the whole app, down to the voice that calls out each phase mid-workout.

Questions
- Is RoundTick free?
- Your first 15 workouts are free with every feature included. After that a one-time RoundTick Pro purchase removes the limit and adds accent themes. There is no subscription.
- Does RoundTick work on Apple Watch?
- Yes. Start a workout on your wrist or on your iPhone and the other device follows live — pause, skip or end on either one. The Watch taps you at every phase change.
- Does the timer keep running when the screen is locked?
- Yes. Beeps and voice cues keep going in the background, and a Live Activity shows the current phase and countdown on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
- Can I use it for boxing rounds or running intervals?
- Yes. Set a round length and a rest between rounds — three minutes on, one minute off for boxing, or any work/rest split for track or treadmill intervals — and add a warm-up and cool-down if you want them.
- What is the difference between HIIT, Tabata and EMOM?
- Tabata is a fixed protocol: eight rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest, four minutes in all. HIIT is any high-intensity split — 40/20, 30/30 — for as many rounds as you choose. EMOM means "every minute on the minute": you start a set at the top of each minute and rest for whatever is left. RoundTick ships presets for all three and lets you edit every number.
- Does RoundTick collect any data?
- No. Workouts and history stay on your device. There is no account, no sign-up and no analytics. Read the privacy policy
